Shipping Policy
Delivery Hours: Our standard delivery hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Requests for delivery outside these hours may incur additional fees.
Adult Signature Required: An adult must be present to accept and sign for the delivery of your new furniture.
Insurance: Your furniture is fully insured from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it arrives at your home.
Inspection and Damage Reporting: Upon delivery, please inspect all items for any damage. Any damages must be noted on the delivery receipt/bill of lading at the time of delivery. Delivery insurance covers only those issues noted on the delivery receipt. Neither OC Bedroom nor the shipping carrier will be responsible for unnoted issues.
Acceptance of Items: Regardless of any damage, defects, missing, or incorrect items, all items must be accepted and signed for unless otherwise directed by OC Bedroom. This allows us to resolve any issues by replacing, refunding, or repairing the item as appropriate.
Photographic Proof: Please take photos of any visible damage as evidence.
Property Protection: Ensure your floors and walls are protected prior to delivery, as OC Bedroom and the carrier are not liable for damage to personal property.
Missed Deliveries: Missed delivery appointments may incur a fee estimated at $1.75 per pound.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your delivery, please notify us at least two days before the scheduled delivery date to avoid a rescheduling fee.
Delivery Area Preparation: Please ensure the delivery area is clear and ready for delivery. Our delivery team cannot remove old furniture.
Storage Fees: A storage fee of $50 per item per month will be applied for items held in our warehouse for more than 30 days. Please note that some items, such as beds or dining tables, may consist of multiple pieces, each of which may incur separate storage fees.
