Small Items (Small Parcel)

These items are compact enough to be shipped safely via UPS or FedEx. The available shipping options can vary based on the item but typically include:

  • 1-Day Shipping: Your order will arrive within 1 business day after it has shipped.
  • 2-Day Shipping: Your order will arrive within 2 business days after it has shipped.
  • Ground Shipping: Your order will arrive within 3-14 business days after it has shipped.

Large Items (Large Parcel)

For items that are too bulky, fragile, or heavy for UPS/FedEx, we use specialized large parcel carriers that focus on furniture delivery. We automatically select the most suitable carrier team for your delivery, ensuring that your order is handled professionally and with care from start to finish.

The Delivery Process for Large Items:

  1. Select a Delivery Option: Choose a delivery method for your large item at checkout. The available options will be displayed and may vary depending on the item.
  2. Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has shipped, we'll send you an email notification.
  3. Local White Glove Delivery Carrier: Your order will be transported by a large parcel carrier to a local carrier specializing in professional residential furniture delivery and assembly.
  4. Schedule a Delivery Appointment: The local carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery time.
  5. Delivery Day: Our experienced delivery team will bring your new furniture to you on the scheduled day.

Large Parcel Delivery Options:

  • Outside Drop-Off: Scheduled delivery to the exterior entrance of your home or building at ground level.
  • In-Home Drop-Off: Scheduled delivery just inside the entryway of your home.
  • Room of Choice Delivery: Scheduled delivery to the room of your choice, regardless of floor.
  • White Glove Delivery: Includes delivery to your room of choice, full assembly, and packaging removal.
