Property Protection: Ensure your floors and walls are protected prior to delivery, as OC Bedroom and the carrier are not liable for damage to personal property.

Missed Deliveries: Missed delivery appointments may incur a fee estimated at $1.75 per pound.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your delivery, please notify us at least two days before the scheduled delivery date to avoid a rescheduling fee.

Delivery Area Preparation: Please ensure the delivery area is clear and ready for delivery. Our delivery team cannot remove old furniture.

Storage Fees: A storage fee of $50 per item per month will be applied for items held in our warehouse for more than 30 days. Please note that some items, such as beds or dining tables, may consist of multiple pieces, each of which may incur separate storage fees.

    • If a backorder extends beyond 30 days and you approve the continuation, the full amount will be charged to your credit card.
28. When is a backordered item considered as having been shipped?
    • Backordered items that are prepared, packaged, and loaded onto a truck for delivery are considered as having been shipped, even if formal tracking numbers have not yet been generated.
